We love being at Lake Garda and spend many weeks and weekends there, so we wanted to make our dream come true and buy an apartment there. Together with our sons we live near Munich, so we practically have Lake Garda on our doorstep.

In 2023 (after a long search) we got the opportunity to buy an apartment in its original condition from 1975 in the Residence Kormorano in Malcesine. The basic modernization was needed, but also a lot of fun. This is how our Kormorano 50 was created.

When the apartment next door was offered to us for purchase at the end of 2023, we simply had to expand our project and will complete the modernization of Kormorano 51 in March 2024.

We are pleased that our guests enjoyed the valuable time of their vacation in the Kormorano 50 in summer 2023 and are looking forward to 2024!
